LISD Founding Director Attends Munich Security as Senior Advisor to Liechtenstein Foreign Office


The Founding Director of LISD, Wolfgang Danspeckgruber, served as senior advisor to the Liechtenstein Foreign Office while attending the Munich Security Conference from February 14-16, 2020. A breakout session moderated by Lyse Marie Doucet OBE (BBC's Chief International correspondent) featured remarks from Dr. Mohammad Javad Zarif (Foreign Affairs Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran) and HRH Prince Faisal Bin Farhan Al Saud (Minister of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). During the session questions were also raised concerning the role of outside powers in the stabilization of the Middle East.
