Natasha Gopaul is a Managing Director in the Chief Legal Office and Private Equity General Counsel, US. Before joining Blackstone in 2016, Ms. Gopaul worked at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in the Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions group in New York. Prior to that, she worked at an international auction house and a research and policy institute at Princeton University.
Ms. Gopaul received a BA, summa cum laude, from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs, and was elected Phi Beta Kappa, and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a member of the Georgetown Journal of International Law. She is also a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
