The featured speaker will be Ambassador Danny Ayalon, former Israeli Ambassador to the United States, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, and member of the Knesset. The lecture is sponsored by the Center for Jewish Life—Hillel at Princeton University, with additional co-sponsorship by Chabad on Campus—Princeton University. The lecture is free and open to the public.In the past decade, Ambassador Ayalon has been one of Israel’s prominent diplomatic leaders, spearheading its public relations with the United States, economic integration with the EU, and negotiations regarding the Iran nuclear program. Today he is a Visiting Professor at Yeshiva University, and the President of Hod Ayalon Ltd., a private consulting firm for governments and international corporations. Ayalon will address his former positions as diplomat and member of government and discuss Israel’s present and future challenges, reflecting on the upcoming elections.
