Bio/Description Anuj Krishnan is a junior from Edmonton, Canada, studying in the School of Public and International Affairs with minors in Italian and Finance. As a Tamil-Canadian who has lived in Trieste, Italy, he is passionate about fostering intercultural contact and exchange. This past summer, he interned at KPMG Canada in Vancouver and spent the prior summer working with the Indian Institute of Science, examining how regenerative and progressive agricultural policies can promote security and sustainable development. He also works on United Nations reform, supporting the Permanent Mission of the Principality of Liechtenstein to the United Nations in their ongoing evaluation of the UN Veto Initiative (UNGA Resolution 76/262). His research interests lie at the intersection of development and security. Anuj carefully follows Canadian policy developments, particularly regarding diaspora politics, foreign election interference, and Canada's strategic interests and engagement across three seas with Europe, Asia, and an increasingly contested Arctic. On campus, Anuj serves as an executive member of the Undergraduate Student Government, a Residential College Advisor at Rockefeller College, and President of the Canadian Students Association. He speaks English, Tamil, Italian, and French.
