Bio/Description

Jana-Alessa Peper is the Administrative Coordinator at the Liechtenstein Institute on Self-Determination (LISD) at Princeton University. In this role, she supports the Executive Director, facilitates coordination and communication across the Institute and department, and coordinates LISD events, conferences and international and domestic student visits. She coordinates the International Policy Associates (IPA) Program, an experiential learning initiative for Princeton undergraduate students interested in foreign affairs. She also serves as the Program Coordinator for the Initiatives on Contemporary European Affairs (ICEA), a hub for Princeton programs and centers working on contemporary European politics.

Before joining Princeton University, Jana spent seven years working for a Swiss pioneer in sustainable trade, based in Zurich.

She holds a German-French double degree in Intercultural European and American Studies / Langues étrangères appliquées from the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg and Université Paris Nanterre. She earned her master’s degree in European Studies from the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder), including an exchange semester at Vytautas Magnus University in Kaunas, Lithuania.
