Karen Gallagher-Teske is a graduate of the European Commission’s Erasmus Mundus Master’s Program in quantitative economics at the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium and the Université Pantheon-Sorbonne in France. Previously, she worked as part of the Financial Stability Board’s Secretariat in Switzerland on coordination of global financial regulation. She is also a graduate of Princeton University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in economics in 2018 with certificates in political economy and the Chinese language. At LISD, she supports Professor Danspeckgruber’s work on Afghanistan and Central Asia, China-EU relations, and data visualization and mapping.
