Bio/Description

Born in New York City and raised in Armenia, Katya Hovnanian-Alexanian is a prospective major in the School of Public and International Affairs with a minor in Intercultural Communications and Russian Studies. In recognition of her democracy-building activism, the Republic of Armenia's President, Armen Sarkissian, appointed her as Armenia's first-ever Youth Advisor to the Office of the President. Additionally, Katya is president of Princeton's Armenian Society, a member of the Russian Club, E-Club's Output Team, and Business Today.
