Bio/Description Nolan Musslewhite is a junior studying History with minors in African Studies and Hellenic Studies and certificates in History and the Practice of Diplomacy and European Cultural Studies. Nolan is interested in the history of modern Britain, with particular emphasis on East Africa and on military history. He founded and directs the Africa Program at LISD. Proficient in Swahili, Latin and Ancient Greek, Nolan has worked as a strategy intern for a Cape Town-based startup, a legislative intern for three U.S. senators, and an intern on the Investigations and Oversight team of the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions. He has also studied in western Kenya. He is an undergraduate fellow at the Center for International Security Studies and the vice president of the Julis-Romo Rabinowitz Center for Public Policy.
