Originally from Bozeman, Montana, Parker Summerhill is a sophomore in the Near Eastern Studies Department. Currently, he is most regionally interested in the Middle East, the Caucasus, and Afghanistan. Parker hopes to explore the impact between choices made by notable actors, including governments, businesses, NGOs, and even terrorist organizations, on ordinary people seeking to live normal lives. Parker is also interested in commodities, including oil and supply chains.
