
Parker Summerhill is a junior from Bozeman, Montana, studying Near Eastern Studies with certificates in History and the Practice of Diplomacy and Russian and Eurasian Studies. He has a keen interest in international trade throughout Europe, Eurasia and the Middle East/North Africa (MENA) region. These interests developed while interning for the Honolulu office of the International Trade Administration in the U.S. Department of Commerce. Last summer, he worked on trade issues at the U.S. Mission to the European Union in Brussels. Parker also spent the summer of 2022 living in Baku, Azerbaijan, where he explored Azerbaijani history, culture, and society in an academic context. At Princeton, Parker is on the board of Orange Key, Princeton’s premiere tour guide service, and a member of Cannon Dial Elm Club. Parker is interested in trade, with a regional focus in Europe, Eurasia and the MENA region.
