Bio/Description

Victoria Caballero Quinn (she/they) is a junior in the Politics Department following the Political Theory track, pursuing a certificate in Latin American Studies and a minor in Gender and Sexuality Studies. Her experience with being raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, during years of political, economic, and social unrest has influenced her academic interests in feminist political philosophy, the history of political thought, and social movements and revolutions throughout Latin America. Victoria has worked for the Gino Germani Institute as a research assistant, compiling and interpreting texts utilizing a methodological approach of a historical-hermeneutic nature to the traditions of German Staatslehre, French state theory and Latin American political thought. Most recently, she worked for Union Internationale des Avocats, an NGO based in Paris that forges international connections between lawyers, promotes the Rule of Law, and addresses human rights issues around the world. On campus, she is involved with the Latine community as a former member of the Princeton Latin American Student Association executive board, and as the current President of Más Flow Latin Dance Company. Victoria's leadership on campus has led to her appointment as a Residential College Advisor for Rockefeller College, embodying the University's values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
